Simple steps to purchase our products
1. Place an order
Email us at prettyfit2005@hotmail.com to provide name, code number and quantity of the product/item.
2. Confirmation
Once we receive your order via email, we will confirm your order(including postage fee) and request payment from you.
*It is FREE OF CHARGE for the delivery by hand within Adelaide City Territory and self-collection
*All payments must be made within three (3) working days upon receipt of our confirmation, failing which, your order will be canceled automatically and neither party shall have any claims against other thereafter.
4. Verification
Once you have made the payment via Bank Transfer, please send us your bank reference for verification.
5. Delivery/ Self-Collection
Delivery will be made within five (5) working days upon receipt of payment.
Alternatively, you may collect your products from us directly. For self-collection, you are required to email us to fix appointment for the said collection. We will provide you the address in due course if required.
***Please note all your orders are subject to the availability of the stock. We reserve our rights to not to accept your order at all times.
